She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Webb; her grandchild J. B.; and her brother Ted Kremer. She is survived by: her children, Christopher W. Webb (Rachel), Brandon D. Webb and Rebecca L. Hartnett (Joseph); her granddaughters, Julia and Phoebe Hartnett; and her siblings, Jerry Kremer, Robert Kremer, Kathy Guidry and Nancy Mittelkamp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church (6405 S Orchard Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090).
