With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael John Batza Jr. (Towson, Maryland), born in Shelton, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his daughters, Michelle Batza Railey (Jim), Maureen Batza Morris (Chris) and Meggan Batza Brennan (Mark); his siblings, John Batza and Barbara Tonelli; and his grandchildren, Mike, Matt, Katie, Ben, Maddie and Lindsey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Seminary and University (5400 Roland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210).
