She was predeceased by: her husband James DeCarlo; and her parents, Paul Pugh and Carolyn Pugh. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn DeCarlo; and her siblings, Janet Nelan (James) and Paul Pugh (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Liberatore's Restaurant (9515 Deereco Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
