Olga Matsos Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olga Matsos (Towson, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vasilios Matsos; and her siblings, Panagiota Jaskiewicz, Zinovia Prevas, Thomas Markulis, Amalia Tomczewski and Basil Markulis.
She is survived by: her children, Emmanuel Matsos (Despina) and Athena Sidou (late Evangelos); her grandsons, Vasilios Matsos (Shena), Michael Matsos (Julianna), Dimitrios Sidou and Vasilios Sidou; her great grandchildren, Alexios and Zinovia Matsos; and her sister Mary Dardamanis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Holy Resurrection at the Greek Orthodox Cemetery (5917 Windsor Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21207).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation Philoptochos, 24 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
