He was predeceased by: his wife Norma M. O'Connell; and his son Patrick John O'Connell. He is survived by: his son Brian K. O'Connell (Tara Mulligan); and his siblings, Peggy Milburn and Michael Dunne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
