He was predeceased by: his wife Norma M. O'Connell; and his son Patrick John O'Connell. He is survived by: his son Brian K. O'Connell (Tara Mulligan); and his siblings, Peggy Milburn and Michael Dunne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
