He is survived by: his wife Esther Williams; his children, Sharon Chinn, Mary Lisa Williams and Robert Michael; and his grandsons, Andrew R. Chinn and Alexander R. Chinn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ashland Presbyterian Church (116 Ashland Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21030).
