She is survived by: her children, Brenda Carl (Douglas Suthers), Richard David Carl, Jr. (Sharon) and Julie A. Brown; her grandchildren, Rebecca Plum (Ben), Tom Bridges (Amanda Rose), Daniel Bridges (Marisa), Jacob Carl (Madison), Ben Carl (Becca) and Annabelle Brown; her great grandchildren, Theodore Plum, Maxwell Plum, Madeline Bridges, Thomas Carl, Natalie Carl and Matthew Carl; and her sister Bonnie Sybert (George).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Divinity Lutheran Church (1220 Providence Rd, Towson, MD 21286).
