He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen B. Tabeling Jr. and Catherine E. Tabeling; his wife Dolores Margaret "Honey" Tabeling; and his siblings, Robert J. Tabeling, William J. Tabeling and Nora Heller.
He is survived by: his children, Sondra A. Tabeling, Stephen B. Tabeling IV (Dorothy), Honey D. Constantine (Michael) and Patti Tabeling; and his sisters, Elvie Tabeling and Beverly O'Haren. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, colleagues, and friends.
