He was predeceased by : his wife Elizabeth Ritter. He is survived by : his children, Wayne Ritter, Brian Ritter, Mary Jo Carlo, Joseph Mulford, Mary Culver, Michael Mulford, Mark Mulford, Barbara Willumsen, Anne Jarmon and Christopher Mulford. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
