He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Whistler; his stepfather Charles Whistler; his father Earl Thomas Zamzow Jr.; his grandparents, Doris and Clarence Myers; and his great-grandparent Florence Sperline.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Seyfert; his children, Lauren (Frank), Jason and Brian; his grandchildren, Jordan, Brian Jr., Ashlyn and Lucy; and his siblings, Sandie, Mark and Lisa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM.
