He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Claire Helena Alvarez; his daughter Donna Alvarez Mislak (David); his grandchildren, Sarah Mislak Gentry (Michael) and J. D. Mislak (Becky); and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Gentry, Parker Mislak, Annabelle Mislak, Noah Kline and Connor Kline.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (600 S Conkling St, Baltimore, MD 21224).
