He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Bagby Rich and Horace Stuart Rich. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Stuart Rich (JoAnn), Milana Rich Isaacson (late Michael) and Elizabeth Slade Gorman (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, Jesse Isaacson, Renata Kepner (David), Elizabeth Gorman and Madison Gorman; his great-nephew Noah Kepner; and his great-niece Hannah Kepner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ruck Funeral Home (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages friends to spend time outdoors in Todd's honor — hiking a trail, playing a game of tennis, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature – just as he would have.
