She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubin R. Allen and Louretta Hunt Allen; her husband Ray Dashiell Long, Sr.; and her grandson Willis Walker. She is survived by: her children, Susan R. Walker (Sandy) of Orlando, FL and Henry N. Shipp, IV (Shelly) of Petersburg, VA; and her stepchildren, Tammy Cherrix (David) of Salisbury, Ray and Dashiell Long, Jr. of Tyaskin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tyaskin United Methodist Church (21428 Tyaskin Church Rd, Tyaskin, MD 21865). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
