He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Leslie and Gertrude Leslie (Lueddeke); his former wife Margaret A. Leslie (McClone); his wife Patricia J. Leslie (Taylor); his son Timothy "Tim" James Leslie; and his siblings, Warren Leslie and Renota Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Butch Leslie, Lisa Mahoney and Steven Leslie. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
