She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph Sinnott and Rose Virginia Ziegler Sinnott; her husband Richard Lee Garber; and her sisters, Virginia Bainbridge, Helen Gordon, Lorraine Fowble, Betty Reese, Catharine Wetzel, Rose Wetzel, Nancy Spielman and Sharon Sinnott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Joyce Wetzel of Union Bridge, Debra Lynn Hoffman, Thomas of Hughesville and Terri Lee Stambaugh (Jeff) of New Windsor; her grandchildren, Eric Wetzel (Lisa), Bradley Stambaugh (Amanda), Thomas Hoffman (Becky), Brandon Stambaugh (Kayla), Alison Harris (Jason) and Corey Wetzel; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Colby, Adison, Casen, Alie, Trace and Lainey Lee; her siblings, William "Sonny" Sinnott, Richard Sinnott (Louise), George Sinnott (Cindy) and Linda Haines; and her caregivers, Diana, Angela, Brittnie, Stephanie and Heather. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to BridgingLife Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, or to Union Bridge Fire Company, 8 W. Locust St., Union Bridge.
