He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer R. Wilson and Marjorie Evelyn Delphey Wilson; and his wife Mildred Pauline Study Wilson. He is survived by: his daughter B. Raylene Hall of Taneytown; his grandson Michael A. Hall (Luann) of Taneytown; his great grandchildren, Zachary M. and Lindsey N. Hall; and his great great grandchild Marissa Hall.
