He was predeceased by: his parents, Pius Leo Clingan and Ruth Simpson Clingan Oden; and his siblings, Pat Summers, Janet Fogle, Ethel Clingan, Carl Clingan and John Oden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Clingan, Cheryl Clingan and Julie Rice (John Stowers); his granddaughters, Christina Fogle (Brad Cannedy), Delaney Rice and Kayln Rice; his brothers, Kenneth Clingan (Anna), Charles Clingan and Richard Clingan; and his friends, Joe Swann and Kevin Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
