He is survived by: his children, Secret Taylor Crushong, Sydney Michell Crushong and Thomas Benjamin Crushong; his grandchildren, Paisley Jane Andrew and Luke Jerald Andrew; his sister Mary Crushong (Craig); his sibling's children, Crystal Harris and John Allen (Stephine); his sister-in-law Janet; and his close friend Howard Kontz Jr..
