Thomas O. Johnsen Sr. Obituary

Thomas O. Johnsen, Sr., of Union Bridge, Maryland, passed away on October 3, 2026, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Thomas was born on May 5, 1958, in Buffalo, New York, the son of the late Oscar and Dorris Johnsen. He grew up in Westminster, Maryland.

Thomas was a retired truck driver who enjoyed the simple things in life. He was an avid reader and could often be found reading on his Kindle. Family was an important part of his life, and he especially enjoyed traveling to Wisconsin several times a year to visit his daughters and their families. He also looked forward to the annual summer family vacation and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Thomas is survived by his three children: Thomas O. Johnsen, Jr. and his wife, Amy, of Biglerville, Pennsylvania; Jennifer L. Mason and her husband, Michael, of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; and Leah M. Landrie and her husband, Bryan, of West Allis, Wisconsin.

He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Brennan, Carter, and Trent Mason, and Micah, Rowan, and Briar Landrie; his sister, Pamela Pelano and her husband, Jerry, of Fairfax Station, Virginia; and his brother, Michael Johnsen and his wife, Barbara, of Cape Coral, Florida.

Thomas will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and all who knew him.
