She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Greene and Mark L. Copper; her husband Russell Perkins; her stepson Romie Brice; her aunts, Betty Greene Brown (Paul Brown) and Dorothy Greene Smith (Glen Smith); and her uncle Laurence Greene.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles and Angelo Copper of Unionville; her sister Mary Janice Butler of Columbia; her daughter-in-law Diane Brice of Easton; her stepgrandson Laurence Brice of Easton; her stepdaughter Myrna Russum (Armond) of Easton; her sister-in-law Regina Limberry; her cousin Eustache Greene (Agnes) of Baltimore; and her close friends, Gloria Bivens, Gladys Fields, Ella Haythe and Geraldine Brummell. She is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 11261 Longwoods Rd, Easton, MD 21601. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
