In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Francis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Francis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Professor Wei Yu Xie and Peying Chen; his wife Agnes Lee; and his daughter Grace Ann Chow. He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Ilona Shieh) of Malaga, Michael (Cassandra Shieh) of Bowie, Lucas (Ayni Liu) of Sao Paolo and Chris (Dana Shieh) of Upper Marlboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
