He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hall and Lula Hall; and his sister Dina.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church (610 Largo Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772).
