It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold A. Allen of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, born in Wampum, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy W. Allen and Era Rhodes Allen; and his siblings, Dorothy Etta Daniels, Iona Bernard, Helen Elizabeth Craine, Sarah Lee Eady, Coy Craine Allen, Caesar W. Craine and Richard Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Richard Allen of Upper Marlboro, MD and Robin Cox of Ashburn, VA; his brother Ronald F. Allen of Youngstown; and his grandchildren, Rickeysha Allen, Charles Allen Jr., Tiarra Allen, Corey Allen, Tyniesha Allen, Xavier Cox, Elijah Cox and Rachel Cox. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
