It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Elizabeth Bell of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her siblings, Debra Figgins (Dewan), Cassandra Morrisey (Henry), Shelia Bell, Henry Bell (Veronica) and Freeman Bell (Vilva). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
