Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John Louis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wharton Whitehead and Margaret Adelaide Whitehead (Sharpe); and his daughter Kimberly Ann Lankford. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann (Stephens); his daughter Linda Maurie Powell; and his sons-in-law, Douglas Powell and Robert Lankford. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as two sisters, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
