Lawrence leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Lawrence’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Lawrence will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his wife Effie Mae Hillian; and his children, Rena Richardson (Christopher) and Gabriel Hillian (Jessica). He is also survived by two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Paul Church (6419 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
