He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Weaver, Jr. and Elnora Douglas Weaver. He is survived by: his son Leroy Morgan of Colerain, NC; his siblings, Marilyn King of Upper Marlboro, MD, Barbara L. Weaver of Capital Hieights, MD, Barry Douglas of Bowie, MD and Tyrone Weaver of Landover, MD; and his granddaughter Autumn Busey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
