He is survived by: his wife Pamela Witcher; his children, Melvin Witcher Jr. (Patrice), Justin Witcher, Tayla Witcher and Shayla Stanard (Brandon); his siblings, James Witcher, Carlos Witcher (Kimberly), Fernando Witcher (Jacqueline), Edwin Witcher and Clarise Witcher; his sons, Tucker Dobbins (Zainab) and Kwame Jones (Kiah); and his grandsons, Melvin Witcher III, Maher Witcher and Nehemiah Stanard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Paul Baptist Church (6419 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
