She is survived by: her daughter Maryann; her grandchildren, Paul Jr., Dennis Sr., Leonard, Armond and Eric Sr. Sylvia; her daughter Lord; her husband Paul E. Middleton, Sr.; her daughters, Denise, Cynthia and Sandra Lyles; her caregiver Maryann Elsberry (Ernest); her sons, Dennis Sr., Armond and Eric Sr.; and her caregiver Shamelle N. Lyles. She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren, 52 Great Grandchildren, and 13 Great-Great Grandchildren.
