He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garner and Mary Garner; and his brother-in-law Dexter Payne. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Dillard (Bill), Renee Baden (Paul), Brenda Payne and Sharon Bookwalter (Bobby). He is also survived by nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Mount Vernon Ladies Association.
