She is survived by: her children, Natalie P. Ely and Bentlee S. Linton; her significant other Corey Linton; her grandfather Frank Phillips; her siblings, Tyler, Cody and Madison Goodman; her stepmother Samantha Howard; and her aunt Lisa Unkart.
