We are sad to announce that, on March 29, 2026, at the age of 91, David L. Sparks of Upperco, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman C. Sparks, Sr. and Helen E. Sparks; and his wife Hilda Marie Sparks. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Ann Logan, Kimberly Sparks Haldeman and Beth Sparks King; his sister Adele Birx; his grandchildren, Joshua, Ashleigh, April, Kierstin, Hayley, Hollis, Karley and Courtney; and his significant other Kenneth Hare. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Grace Bible Church, 3250 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102.
