He is survived by : his children, Michele Hall (Donald) of Taneytown, Mark Louis Wolbert (Debbie) of Hampstead and Tammy Quintrell (Keith) of Boring; his grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Kevin, Tiffani, Amanda, Carolyn and Ethan; and his brother Carl Lee Wolbert of Upperco. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
