He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter Smith Foster, Jr. and French Foster. He is survived by: his brothers, John W. Foster, III of Church Hill, MD and Lee French Foster of Saranac Lake, NY; and his sister-in-law Libby Luebberman of Upperco, MD..
