She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Roman and Margarita Benavente; spouse: David; children: David (Erin), Angela (Jason Souder) and Daniel (Tiffany); grandchildren: Aidan, Kendall, Jonas Souder, Victoria, Nathan Vaira, Lucy, Natalie and Jordan Vaira; siblings: Frances Leon Guerrero, Nora (Robert) Beck, Randy (Mary Kay) Benavente, Raymond Benavente and Bernice (Richard) Batson; parents-in-law: Henry Vaira and Mercedes Vaira; siblings-in-law: Dennis Vaira, Jesse Leon Guerrero, Patricia Vaira and Terri (Tony) Vaira-James; and many other loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Peters Catholic Church (3320 St Peters Dr, Waldorf, MD 20601). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (3165 Mattawoman Beantown Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Bobbie's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, or the ThriveWell Cancer Foundation in San Antonio, TX.
