He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Clements; his children, Chares J. Clements Jr. (Yvonne), Joanna I. Thompson (Robert) and Jennifer C. Van Cleaf (Michael); his grandchildren, Joshua Clements, Amanda Clements, Trevor Clements (Lauren), Ashlee Thompson, Kaitlyn Wilson, Marianna Wilson and Garrett Buckler; his great grandchildren, Skylar Clements, Luna Clements and Tucker Smith; and his siblings, Charlene Dennis and George Adrian Clements.
