He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Calvin Noland and Mabel P. Noland; his son Norman Joffe; and his grandson Travis Joffe. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fay Noland; his children, Scott Noland (Lori), Michael Joffe (Rita), Shawn Joffe, Shelley Agnes (Dean), Sharron Bjeland (Duane), Nancy Joffe and Rachel Williams; and his siblings, Margaret Schroder and Timothy Noland (Raydeen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
