He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel McCrary and James Henry Gouge; his siblings, James "Jimmy" Gouge and Lila Jean Turner; and his close friend Walter Kendall.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Santana; his nieces and nephews, Becky, Keith, Julie, Mark and Paul; and his close friends, Johnny Kendall (late Linda), Chris Kendall (Eileen), Franky, Pam Trexler (Keith) and Tommy Kendall (Becky).
