She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Cook and Walter Cook; her siblings, Walter Cook, Jr. and Betty J. Buttice; her niece Bonnie Buttice; and her nephews, Louis S. Buttice Jr. and Allen Cook. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
