She was loved and cherished by many people including: her pet Schmoo; her parents, Louis Peterson and Lakesha Peterson; her brother Tyree Peterson; her grandparents, Evelyn Ganaway, Louis Peterson Sr. and Dianne Peterson; her great-uncles and great-aunts, Audrey Littlejohn, Valerie Lewis (Ron), Ronald Ganaway (Marilyn) and Stanley Ganaway; her aunts, Tanisha Ganaway (Joseph Ramos), Shanice Stewart (Lesun) and Cheryl Nicholson (Anthony); and her uncle Derrick Peterson (Alysha).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions in Diani's name be made to the American Diabetes Association, an organization that reflects her commitment to health and well-being.
