He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimitriy P. Traicoff and Ruth Traicoff (Winstead); his wife Helen E. Traicoff (Alvey); his close friend Goldie Zickafoose; his sons, Paul Acton Jr., Daniel Acton and James Acton; and his grandson Paul C. Acton III.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Y. Waldron (Gary), Nina L. Wood (Craig), Debora A. Knight (Robert), Tina J. Eubanks and Donna L. Goodwin (Ronald). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
