He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Merrill Padgett and Hilda Olivia Padgett. He is survived by : his close friend June Willing McKenzie; his brother John (Robert "Bob" Padgett); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Padgett Taylor, Olivia Padgett, Jason Padgett, Adam Padgett and Raymond Padgett.
