With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Weiss of Waldorf, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 102. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Neal and Beatrice Neal; and her husband Col. Charles J. Weiss, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol Edna Riches (Weiss) of Sparta, NJ and Roderick (Lisa Yates) of Waldorf, MD; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Christopher) of Manchester, NH, David (Emily) of Melbourne, AUS and Alice (George) of Dover, NH; and her great grandchildren, Catherine, Jocelyn, Kelly, David Jr., Sebastian, Charlotte and Penelope. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
