She was predeceased by : her parents, Estelle Elmore and David Moorman; her husband Joe R. O'Shields; and her siblings, Madge Beck, Lois King, David Moorman and Leroy Moorman.

She is survived by : her children, Bonnie Bleu O'Shields (Todd), Robert James Fowler (Brenda), Michael Oliver O'Shields (Brandy), Matthew Jason O'Shields (Rhonda) and Andrew Casey O'Shields (Dawn); her grandchildren, Katherine O'Shields, Aidan O'Shields, Declan O'Shields, Jasmine O'Shields, Nicole Fowler, Amber Nichols, Rebecca Counasse and Samantha Jo Fowler; and her brother George Elmore. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
