He is survived by: his mother Naomi Anthony; his son Andy; his wife Mary Whetzel (Silcott); his sons, Andrew, Robert and Adam Whetzel; his daughters-in-law, Shannon, Leah and Ellie Whetzel; his grandchildren, Morgan, Dylan, Justin, Tyler, Mason, Leo and Eva; and his siblings, Ginger, Theresa, Raymond, Buddy and Doug. He is also survived by extended family members, and friends.
