He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Lee and Margaret Parsee (Tarpley) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; and his siblings, Nikki Morgan, LaVerle Booker and Wilson Rivera.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Parsee of Waldorf; his mother-in-law Helen Lyles; his children, Simeon, Manuel Parsee, Jeremiah, Walter, Shadera Duckett, Erica Gass (Jason), Tonya Garland and Shannon Lyles; his siblings, Dr. Beverly Rivera, Jerome, Eric, Camille, Douglas Parsee, Willie Ray Booker, Hilda Davis (John) and Gloria Swann (Greg); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Za'mir, Jeremiah, Kairo, Royal, Keanu, Darien, Zion, Zuri, Khalia, Carisma, Esai, Devin and Deagan. He is also survived by other nieces; nephews; cousins; family and friends.
