He was predeceased by: his father Paul L. Ferguson; his former wife Joan Mae Ferguson; and his children, Jaqueline Izumi (Jackie Ferguson) and Vance Aspy. He is survived by: his son Rahn Ferguson; his wife Joyce Ferguson; his brother-in-law Chris Allen; and his grandchildren, Jack Ferguson, David DiCocco, Cassidy Izumi, Tre', Brooklyn Ferguson, Chase, Caitlin and Kendall DiCocco.
In lieu of flowers Jack requested donations be made in his name to either St. Paul's Piney Church Parish or the Charles County Nursing Home.
