He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Cole and Annie Gross Cole. He is survived by: his wife Mary D. Cole; his daughter Viola Marlene Clark; his sister Regina Cole Farmer; his grandchildren, Charles Gurtick Jr., Terrell Yates and Sade Demory; his nephew Abby Cole (Shelia Cole); and his caregiver Agnes Brawner. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
