He is survived by: his wife D. Janice Bise; his grandchildren, Victoria Forbes, Zachary Forbes, Kylie Bise, Ryan Levi-Bise, Emily Levi-Bise, Katie Marshall (Andrew), Kristin Mattia, Kara Mattia, Angelina Mattia, Jonathan T. Bise Jr., Matthew Bise, Krystian Kuczewski, Kimberlye Kuczewski, Angela Parker, Kaylye Bise, Abigail Bray and Allyson Bray; his great grandchildren, Layla Marshall, Serenity and Saphira Prithpaul; and his sisters, Goldie Salisbury of Springfield, MO and Belle Sizemore (Dean) of Gray, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
