It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Proctor of Waldorf, Maryland, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Wallach and Florence Wallach; her husband Ronald T. Proctor; her brother Ernest M. Wallach; her sister-in-law Judy Wallach; her sister Barbara A. Marx; her brother-in-law Joseph Marx; her nephew Dennis Marx; and her brother-in-law Francis E.
She is survived by: her children, Regina of Waldorf, MD, Jo Ellen (Tom) of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Ron II (Emilee) of Fenner, NY.; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Logan, Taylor, Kate, Lulu, Millie and Gemma; her sister Esther L. Neuland of Clinton, MD.; her siblings-in-law, David J. Proctor (Maryrose) and Karen Proctor Otts of Fenner, NY.; and her friends, Wanda Hudson and Judy De Los Santos.
In lieu of flowers, Joann requested donations be made in her honor to the Cazenova Youth Football and Cheer. Her children will accept your donations and forward or you can mail directly to PO Box 554, Cazenovia NY 13035.
